Bhu Abhilekh (Khasra / Khatauni)
The revenue department register recording who is shown in possession of a survey number, the extent, the classification of the land and the crops or tenancy noted against it.
Record Room Documents
The registration department index of registered documents — parties, property description, consideration and document number — from which certified copies of the deeds themselves are obtained.
Revenue Case (RCMS)
The revenue court and tribunal record of proceedings over land — mutation appeals, partition, demarcation, ceiling and assignment disputes — which sit outside the civil court system.
Aabadi Adhikar Abhilekh
The civic or city-survey account for a property, identifying the holder for assessment and, in city-survey states, recording the urban parcel and the rights noted against it.
MP RERA Project Registration
The state Real Estate Regulatory Authority record of a registered project — the promoter, the registration number, the sanctioned particulars, the declared completion date and any complaints or orders.
