RTC / Pahani
The revenue department register recording who is shown in possession of a survey number, the extent, the classification of the land and the crops or tenancy noted against it.
Mutation Register (MR)
The record of each change of name in the revenue register — after a sale, inheritance, gift, partition or court decree — including the entry number, the ground and the date.
Village Map / Tippani
The survey department map showing the shape, position and boundaries of each survey number and its subdivisions within a village.
Survey Number Search by Owner
A name-keyed search across the revenue or registration register, returning the holdings or transactions recorded against a person in a given jurisdiction.
e-Khata (BBMP)
The civic or city-survey account for a property, identifying the holder for assessment and, in city-survey states, recording the urban parcel and the rights noted against it.
BDA Land Use / Master Plan Zone
The planning-authority record of the zone a parcel falls in and whether agricultural land has been formally converted to non-agricultural use.
Encumbrance Certificate (Kaveri)
A chronological list, issued by the sub-registrar, of every transaction on a property that was registered during a chosen period — sales, gifts, partitions, mortgages and attachments.
