The grade ladder
Every property gets a grade. A to AAA go live.
The grade is a title due-diligence opinion signed by an independent advocate, set like a bond rating. Grades A to AAA are listed free for 3 months. Grades BBB and C still get the full report, but they are not listed on the standard marketplace. They can go to Distressed instead.
